We noticed that either:
A) There was a period of 30 minutes or more of inactivity while on the AOM Online Article Retrieval System website; or

| AOL Users go to the "Settings" menu and select "Preferences" and then "Internet Properties (WWW) then skip to step 3 below: 1) Select “View” menu at the very top of your screen: 2) Select “Internet Options” within the “View” menu:  | |||||||||

“Internet Options” make sure you highlight the “Internet” icon 4) Click the “Custom Level” button or select “Medium” security level or lower:  | |||||||||

5) Use the scroll bar at right to scoll down to the section listing the “Cookies” options 6) Make sure that a check mark is placed next to the “Enable” box for the question reading: “Allow cookies that are stored on your computer” option 7) Make sure that a check mark is placed next to the “Enable” box for the question reading: “Allow per-session cookies (not stored)” option 8) Click the “OK” button on all screens until all windows are closed and you are back at the browser window only. Note: In order to “Refresh/Reload” this screen so that these changes you have just made can be reconginzed by the system, click on the “ONLINE ARTICLE RETRIEVAL” text at the very top of this page.
